Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and, for visitors and clients in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data is collected and why

Contact form messages are also delivered to my e-mail mailbox and, as notifications, to my Telegram chat. These copies are deleted on the same schedule.
The website has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not collect data for marketing.
3. Cookies
The website does not set its own cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website, may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm, to tell people from bots. These cookies do not track you across websites and do not require consent, so the website shows no cookie banner. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are ever added, the website will ask for your consent first.
4. Who receives the data
Data is never sold. It is shared only with providers needed to run the website and the business:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): content delivery, website security and DNS;
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of the website, server located in Finland;
- Zoho Corporation (USA): e-mail service for [email protected];
- Telegram Messenger Inc.: if you contact me there, and to deliver notifications about new contact form messages to me;
- banks, to process payments;
- state authorities, where required by law.
Where data is transferred outside Armenia or the European Economic Area, it is transferred to providers that apply appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before. Send requests to [email protected]. I reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or, if you are in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to stored messages and client data is limited to the data controller and protected by passwords and encryption keys.
7. Children
The services are intended for businesses. The website is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
