Refund Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

1. When a refund is due

• Work on a prepaid request has not started: the full prepayment is refunded.
• A request or contract is cancelled part-way: the part of the prepayment for services not provided is refunded.
• Services were provided with deficiencies that were not corrected: the fee is reduced in proportion to the deficient part, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Services already provided and accepted are not refundable.

2. How to request a refund

Send a request to [email protected] with the invoice number, the amount and the reason. A written request from the e-mail address used for the order is enough.

3. Timing and method

• The refund is made within 10 business days of receiving the written request.
• It is paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, in the currency of the payment.
• Each party pays its own bank's fees.
